Returns and Cancellations Policy

Please note that this policy is subject to change without prior notice to customers and will become effective from the time it is posted on the website.

Handling of Used Items

All items handled by our store are used goods.
While some items may be listed as new, nearly new, or unused, most items are purchased from general customers.

When placing an order, it is understood that the transaction is made with this understanding.
We endeavor to describe the condition of items as accurately as possible on the product page, but due to handling used items, there may be minor damages that cannot be fully described.

If we determine that minor damage is an unavoidable aspect of a used item, we regret that we may not be able to accept returns. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

If you have any questions about an item before placing an order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Customer-initiated Returns

As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer reasons.
Please check the size, color, material, product condition, etc., as described, before making a purchase.

Slight discrepancies in size or condition will not be accepted as reasons for return due to our negligence. Please confirm in advance before purchasing.

The actual measurements and product condition descriptions are manually measured and inspected by our staff for each item.
Slight discrepancies in size and individual differences in perception of product condition may occur.

Returns due to differences in color, such as product images appearing different from the actual product, or differences in color due to your monitor, various devices, or settings, cannot be accepted.

Additionally, returns due to subtle differences in color names cannot be accepted (e.g., differences between "olive" and "khaki"). The color names are determined based on our unique judgment criteria.

Please be aware that these may differ from brand-specific designations.

Accessories after purchase

The accessories listed are those that were included when the item arrived at our facility.
They may differ from what is available when purchased directly from a brand store or authorized dealer, or some items may be missing.

Parts changes or alterations

Items may have already undergone parts changes or size alterations upon arrival.

Characteristics of Used Items

Due to the nature of used items, some products may have odors (e.g., tobacco, perfume).

Presence of agent tags, etc.

Many of the items we handle are imported. We may also handle items purchased from overseas authorized stores other than those via direct stores or authorized distributors, which may lack agent tags or have specifications different from those sold at Japanese direct stores.

All items we handle are genuine, but if you are concerned about the presence of agent tags, please confirm in advance before purchasing.

Even if the item has more signs of use or damage than expected, it will be considered a customer-initiated return.

*Cooling-off is not applicable for mail order sales.

About the Cooling-off System

The cooling-off system is a system under which consumers can unconditionally withdraw an application or cancel a contract in writing with a seller within a certain period, for contracts regulated by law, such as door-to-door sales and telephone solicitation sales.
However, sales contracts on this site are not included in the contracts defined by the cooling-off system because they are voluntarily concluded by the customer.

Our Negligence

If there is a significant defect not described upon product arrival, please contact the delivery company Sagawa Express or us before returning the item.

Returns will be accepted if you contact us within 3 days of product arrival and the product can reach our store within 3 days after return acceptance. Refunds will be processed as soon as the product arrives. *Refunds will, in principle, be made via bank transfer.

As we primarily handle unique used items, we are generally unable to provide replacements. We appreciate your understanding.

If there is a defect in the product due to our negligence, we will, in principle, only accept returns.

We cannot undertake after-care services such as repairs, alterations, or cleaning. Furthermore, we cannot reimburse expenses incurred for repairs, alterations, or cleaning.

In the unlikely event that a security tag is attached to the product, it will be necessary to remove it using a specialized tool. We sincerely apologize, but as stated above, please contact us and return the item.

Additionally, in the rare event that we deliver a different product than the one ordered, we sincerely apologize, but we will process it after you return the product to us.

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used once, or have acquired dirt or odors such as perfume or tobacco from試着等で、汚れや香水・タバコ等の臭いがついた場合
  • When washed, cleaned, or repaired
  • When accessories that were present upon arrival are lost
  • When the package of an unopened product has been opened
  • If you do not contact us within 3 days of product arrival
  • If the product does not arrive at our store within 3 days after return acceptance
  • If there is minor damage not described for products with a condition rating of C or lower

Long-term Absence / Refusal to Receive

Please ensure that you accept the delivered item, as it is your responsibility.

If a delivery was attempted while you were absent, please contact the delivery company's sales office listed on the "missed delivery notice" inserted in your mailbox and pick up the item within the storage period.

Please be aware that if a package is returned to our store due to refusal to receive or long-term absence (expiration of storage period), you will be charged the regular round-trip shipping fee for resending or canceling the order. Thank you for your understanding.

If the delivery company notifies us of your long-term absence, we will contact you directly.

If there is no response from you within two days of our contact, the product will be made available for purchase again to all customers as inventory.

In cases of long-term absence or refusal to receive, we may decline future orders from you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Order Cancellations

Since most of the items handled by our store are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
If you have any questions regarding size or product condition, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Regarding Transactions with Our Company

In the event that any inconvenience arises due to our negligence during a transaction with our company, we are only able to offer a refund up to the payment amount.

We cannot provide refunds exceeding the payment amount, substitute items, apply discounts to other products, meet in person at a specified location, compensate for secondary inconveniences such as mental distress, time and effort spent resolving issues, or loss of opportunity, deliver products through means other than standard shipping by a carrier, or provide any other services, money, or goods.

Additionally, refunds will be processed via bank transfer on the next business day of the financial institution after appropriate procedures have been completed.

We cannot accommodate refunds via other methods, refunds before the returned product arrives, or specified refund dates. Please place your order with this understanding.
