These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the services provided through the online store operated by Standing Point Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”). Customers shall use the Store only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

Article 2 (Formation of Sales Contract)
A sales contract with the Store shall be deemed concluded when the customer completes the purchase procedure and the Store sends a notice confirming the order.

Article 3 (Characteristics of Products Handled)
The products handled by the Store mainly consist of secondhand and reused items.
Please check the information stated on the product page as well as the posted images before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of secondhand products, there may be aging, minor signs of use, or changes in condition caused by storage that are not specifically stated in the description. These shall be understood and accepted in advance as characteristics of the products.

Article 4 (Authenticity and Product Management)
All products sold by the Store are offered for sale only after authenticity checks have been conducted in accordance with the Store’s own standards.
However, this does not constitute authentication or a guarantee by the brand’s official store or the manufacturer.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Customers shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
- Registering false information
- Making fraudulent purchases for the purpose of resale or redistribution
- Interfering with the operation of the Store
- Any other acts that the Store deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Store shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages arising from causes not attributable to the Store, including natural disasters, communication failures, system troubles, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
In addition, the Store shall not be responsible for any changes in condition or deterioration arising from the use of the product after delivery.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
The Store may change the contents of these Terms when it deems necessary.
Any revised Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on this website.
