All items handled by our store are pre-owned. Although some items may be marked as new, like-new, or unused, most of our products have been purchased from individual customers. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

We strive to describe the condition of each item on the product page as accurately and in as much detail as possible. However, because we handle pre-owned items, there may be minor damages or imperfections that cannot be fully described. If we determine that such minor damage falls within the reasonable scope expected of a pre-owned item, we may not be able to accept a return. Thank you for your understanding.

------------------------- In Case of Customer Convenience -------------------------

As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
Please make sure to check the size, color, material, condition, and other details described before making your purchase.

The following cases cannot be accepted as return reasons attributable to our fault. Please confirm them before purchasing.

Slight differences in size or condition:
Our staff measures and inspects each item by hand. Therefore, slight differences in measurements or individual impressions of condition may occur.

Differences in color:
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons such as the actual color appearing different from the product images, or differences caused by your monitor, device, or display settings.
We also cannot accept returns based on subtle differences in color naming (for example, “olive” and “khaki”).
Color names are determined according to our own standards and may differ from the terminology used by the brand.

Accessories after purchase:
The accessories listed are those that were included when the item arrived at our store. Items may differ from those purchased at official stores or authorized retailers, and some accessories may be missing.

Alterations such as replaced parts or repairs:
Some items may already have had parts replaced or size alterations made before arriving at our store.

Characteristics of pre-owned items:
Due to the nature of used items, some products may carry odors such as tobacco, perfume, etc.

Presence or absence of distributor tags:
Many of the items we handle are imported items. Some products purchased from overseas authorized stores rather than official domestic stores or authorized distributors may not have distributor tags, or may differ in specifications from items sold in Japanese official stores.
All items handled by our company are authentic. However, if you are concerned about the presence or absence of distributor tags, please make sure to confirm this before purchase.

Items with more signs of use or damage than expected are also considered customer-convenience returns.

* Please note that the cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales.

About the cooling-off system:
The cooling-off system allows consumers to withdraw an application or cancel a contract unconditionally in writing within a certain period for contracts regulated by law, such as door-to-door sales or telephone solicitation sales.
However, sales contracts made through this website are initiated voluntarily by the customer and therefore are not subject to the cooling-off system.

------------------------- In Case of Our Fault -------------------------

If, upon arrival, the item has a significant defect that was not described, please be sure to contact either Sagawa Express, the shipping carrier, or our company before returning the item.

Returns are only accepted if:
you contact us within 5 days of receiving the item, and
the returned item can arrive at our store within 5 days after the return is accepted.

Refund procedures will begin once the item arrives at our store.
* As a general rule, refunds will be made by bank transfer.

Because we primarily handle one-of-a-kind pre-owned items, we are generally unable to provide exchanges for replacement items.

If an item has a defect due to our fault, we will generally only be able to accept a return.
We cannot provide after-sales care such as repairs, alterations, or cleaning, nor can we reimburse any costs incurred for repairs, alterations, or cleaning.

* In the unlikely event that a security tag remains attached to the item, it must be removed using special equipment.
We sincerely apologize, but in such cases please contact us and return the item as described above.
Also, if we mistakenly deliver an item different from the one you ordered, we kindly ask that you first return the item before we proceed with any further handling.

* Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
Items that have been used even once
Items that have become stained or have acquired odors such as perfume or tobacco during fitting
Items that have been washed, cleaned, or repaired
Items for which accessories included at the time of delivery have been lost
Unopened items whose packaging has been opened
If you did not contact us within 5 days of receiving the item
If the item does not arrive at our store within 5 days after return acceptance
If an item with condition rank C or below has minor damage not described in the listing

------------------------- Long-Term Absence / Refusal to Accept Delivery -------------------------

Please be sure to receive the shipped item under your own responsibility.
If delivery is attempted while you are absent, please contact the delivery office listed on the missed-delivery notice placed in your mailbox and receive the package within the storage period.

If a package is returned to our store due to refusal of delivery or long-term absence (expiration of storage period), the customer will be charged the full regular round-trip shipping fee even in the case of reshipment or cancellation.

If the shipping company informs us that you have been absent for a long period, we will contact you directly.
If we do not receive a reply within 2 days from our contact, the item will be returned to stock and made available for purchase by all customers again.

If there is a long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, we may refuse future orders from you.

Most items handled by our store are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

------------------------- Transactions with Our Company -------------------------

If any inconvenience occurs in transactions with our company due to our fault, we are only able to provide a refund up to the amount paid.

We cannot provide refunds exceeding the payment amount, prepare replacement items, apply discounts to other products, meet at a designated location, compensate for mental distress, time and effort spent until resolution, lost opportunities, or any other secondary damages or inconveniences.
We also cannot provide delivery of products by any means other than normal delivery by the shipping carrier, nor can we provide any other services, money, or goods of any kind.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer on the next business day of the financial institution after the necessary processing has been completed.
We cannot accommodate refunds by any other method, refunds before the returned item arrives, or requests to specify the refund date.

Please place your order only after understanding and agreeing to the above.
